Specialty coffee is fresh coffee that is carefully processed and shipped, of known origin, the height at which it was grown, as well as the date of roasting, also respecting the correct standards and methods of preparation. All this contributes to the creation of a cup, rich in distinctive aromas and flavors, and this distinguishes it from other types of commercial coffee.
